How does the registration process work?

Through the rental agent Lutz Real Estate you have the opportunity to register from the summer 2022. After registration you will receive an email with a feedback on your submitted documents. If you meet all the requirements to qualify for the apartments you will receive an email with a time slot for a viewing of your chosen apartment.

How do I qualify for a rental property?

To be considered for a rental apartment or studio in The Passage, you must meet the requirements set by the rental agent Lutz Real Estate.

How many properties are available?

Three apartments and one studio will be delivered in this phase.

No, there is no registration fee.

When will the homes be completed?

The homes are expected to be completed in the 3rd quarter of 2022.
